Never Order Fried Food
Fried food is food that has been cooked in some type of oil at high heat. In fact there is no more unhealthy food than fried food. So you should avoid it at every meal. A much better option is sautéed, steamed or baked provided you do not stack up the oils and butter during this process. This should include deserts such as donuts other pastries that are also fried.
